About the Opportunity:

We need a brand-building, team-building, story-telling, awareness-generating, technology-explaining, lead-gathering, data-leveraging, growth-marketing boss. We need programs that work on a human level, moving prospects from awareness to consideration to “I need that!” We also need to test, track and optimize those programs so we can identify the ones that work and scale them across the country.

We need someone who will understand and love the customer and then advocate for that customer in every decision we make.

We need someone who will nurture strong relationships across the company – from product management to customer support to network construction to field operations – so that our efforts to acquire customers are in lock step with our efforts to serve and support those customers.

A bit about you:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience growing consumer businesses.
  • Success in a central/local (or hub and spoke or franchise) model.
  • Proven people management (to lead a team >12 and growing).
  • Comfort understanding and explaining consumer technology.
  • Innate customer empathy.
  • A long history of big ideas and spectacular failures.
  • Seasoned data and analysis skills.
  • Strength in implementing systems and processes (budgeting, planning, tracking, training…) that can scale.
