David brings more than 25 years of leadership at Tucows, including operational and industry experience driving innovation, efficiency, and long-term value creation across technology businesses.
Since joining Tucows in 2000, David has been a leader at the company’s flagship business, Tucows Domains, scaling it into the world’s largest wholesale domain registrar and a cornerstone of Tucows’ recurring-revenue model. He has guided multiple acquisitions—including Enom, EPAG, Ascio Technologies, the International division of Melbourne IT, and UNR Registry Services—which have expanded Tucows’ global scale and reputation. Under his leadership, Tucows Domains has become a recognized pioneer in customer experience, automation and reseller enablement, now serving more than 33,000 partners worldwide.
Before joining Tucows, David spent several years at IBM Canada, where he held various business development and account management roles supporting enterprise clients across the technology and communications sectors.
David holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. He is based in Toronto, Canada.
