Jane Cameron

Jane Cameron is the Vice President of People at Tucows Domain Services. She supports the business in setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

Before Tucows, Jane had an expansive career in different leadership positions across construction, manufacturing, the food industry, software, hardware, and the Internet. 

She has worked for global employers throughout her career and managed employee engagement and retention, compensation, recruitment, development and succession, benefits and Payroll, and cultivating HRIS systems.

Jane enjoys practicing holistic activities such as mindful meditation and yoga. In addition, she loves to travel and spend time with her husband, son and daughter, family, and friends. She is a CHRP and her Human Resources Management degree from Sheridan College.
