With over 35 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, CJ Ehrenreich is a strategic and operational leader known for driving large-scale network deployments and achieving operational excellence. As the Vice President of Networks, Construction & Engineering (NCE) at Ting Internet, she leads teams responsible for Construction, Field Operations & Supply Chain Operations (CFSO), National Enablement & Fiber Operations (NEFO), and Network Operations & Engineering.

She is passionate about leadership development, process improvement, and leveraging technology to drive business growth. She is responsible for fostering cross-functional collaboration, ensuring quality standards, and driving innovative approaches to network expansion.
Before joining Ting, CJ served as a U.S. Army veteran and played a pivotal role at Google Fiber where she spearheaded multi-million-dollar cost savings and operational efficiency improvements. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented project management frameworks, optimized construction and engineering processes, and led large-scale capital investment strategies. Her other previous roles at MCI Telecommunications, McLeodUSA, Sprint-Nextel, and Duke Energy have solidified her expertise in inclusive and transformational leadership.
CJ is currently pursuing her Doctor of Management (DM) degree and holds an MBA, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Executive LEA hiD Certificate from Stanford.
Based in Charlotte, NC, CJ enjoys fitness, cooking for and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two sons and their dogs, Cooper and Tucker.
