Sarah Seaton

Sarah Seaton is the Vice President and General Manager of Hosting at Tucows. Since 2010, she has helped digital agencies, IT administrators, developers, designers, and marketers simplify how they build and maintain websites. Her expertise spans small business needs to enterprise-scale digital experience platforms, across both open source and proprietary ecosystems.

Sarah began her career as a backend developer before realizing her passion for working directly with end users. That drive led her into product management, where she built a reputation for combining strong technical insight with empathy and strategic execution. Over the past decade, she has led high-performing product teams at high-growth startups and scaling technology companies, delivering customer-centric products that balance usability, performance, and business impact.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Boston University and has completed executive education in Leadership and Behavioral Economics. A lifelong learner, Sarah continues to expand her perspective through her love of reading and curiosity about how technology shapes human behavior.
