George Kopas

George joined the Tucows Finance team in 2017 and brings nearly a decade of audit and public company financial experience. Prior to joining Tucows, George spent three years at Deloitte in Toronto focused on public company audits in the Financial Institution and Technology sectors. George has held seven different positions in his six years at Tucows, which has provided him exposure to all the Tucows businesses and a wide range of roles and responsibilities. George straddles both Finance and Operations, enabling a bridge between the two to propel business growth.

George is a Chartered Professional Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. George holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
